WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Denali Cabins. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for cooking meals including the prep work, preparing specialty soups and coordinating overall preparation of food under the direction of management. You will work with team members within your department and others to complete the following tasks: Assisting the Chef and providing the highest quality of service to guests Assist in the culinary planning, checking production and keeping records Ability to cook large quantities of food and follow recipes Culinary planning and checking the production of food WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge Understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment to include stoves, slicers, knives, dishwashers and refrigeration Awareness of local, state and federal health and sanitation laws
